My ideas; What support do you (the exceptionally able) think you get in PE? Also, do they exceptionally able, know they are?
I would have a meeting with all EA students, ask them these questions and give them a questionnaire to fill in. Then for my leadership challenge I would discuss with the PE department ways of us challenging them and put this in to place. Examples of this:
- Coaching roles
- Different exam questions in theory lessons
- Trips
- Help out at festivals and extra curricular clubs
